The renting process

If you’re renting for the first time, you may want more information about how it all works.

Step 1

What are your requirements?

Once you’ve registered with us, we can begin to send you suitable properties. This means you’ll be the first to hear about any homes that meet your requirements.

Step 2

Let’s start viewing properties 

When we’ve found suitable homes, you can begin viewing. Remember to ask questions about the property and its surrounding area – and take a notepad and a pen to jot down the answers!

Step 3

Paperwork and deposit

We’ll require references from you, as well as the deposit for your property. We’ll explain everything clearly so you’ll know what to provide and when.

Step 4

The final checks

Our team will gather up all the paperwork, contact the landlord, and check over your references.

Step 5

Time to move-in

The last step will be collecting your new keys from our office, and moving into your new home! We’ll be on hand if you require any assistance throughout your time renting with us.
